The SSCS User Portal Gets a Makeover
The same reliable information, plus some interesting additions, wrapped up in an attractive new look and feel.
SSCS’s customer portal has been a source of valuable user information for over a decade. It’s a secure location for the instructional material we provide, which includes user guides, online help for our applications, and many other pieces of information, like QuickStarts and product one-sheets. Each is designed for customers that want to get the best out of our software products and services.
This week we introduced a facelift for our portal, providing a more attractive design that also should prove easier for users to navigate. During the transition from the old portal we got a chance to review online material and prune it for continuing relevance, creating a nicely curated (and expansive!) set of up-to-date information. We are also debuting an ASK A QUESTION AI-powered search for our Classic CDB and related legacy software programs. As an added convenience, SSCS customers can also use this page to sign up for SSCS training.
If you are not an SSCS user, well, sorry, you won’t get a first-hand look at the portal features we’re describing: you’d need a customer login. However, we’ve teased the release with a few images you’ll find elsewhere in this post.
